Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States using tracked standard shipping.
- Shipping cost is calculated and shown at Checkout.
- Tracking is included with the standard shipping method.
- Transit time can vary. We do not promise a fixed delivery date unless an order-specific estimate is available.
Returns
Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns.
Damaged or Missing Items
If something arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos where reasonably necessary. We will try replacement first. If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, a refund may be used instead. Use the Contact form to report the issue.
